Direct deposit is a safe and secure way to have your money deposited
into your checking or savings account. The most common use of direct
deposit is for payroll. When you use direct deposit, you allow your
employer to electronically transfer money into your account. So
instead of taking the time to cash a check yourself, the money will
automatically be deposited into your accout on an agreed upon date.
It’s that simple.
- SECURITY
– With Direct Deposit, you don’t have to worry about
lost, stolen and misplaced checks.
- RELIABILITY
– You no longer need to wait for your check to arrive in
the mail. You can have peace of mind knowing your money will always
be in your account on time.
- FLEXIBILITY
– Direct Deposit is most often used to deposit money into
a checking or savings account. If you decide to switch accounts
or change financial institutions, it’s easy to change your
direct deposit arrangements – simply fill out a form and
provide your written authorization.
- CONVENIENCE
– No more special trips to cash your check – a nice
feature if you’re on vacation or away on business.
- AVAILABILITY
– Payroll checks, Federal – State – Local government
checks such as Social Security, SSI, Civil Service, Railroad Retirement,
VA, retirement and unemployment payments. Also Pension payments,
income from investments and other types of payments.

Did you write a check that you don’t want paid? We can place
a stop payment and not pay the check should it come to us.
- A Stop Payment can be placed on checks and
Automated Clearing House (ACH) items.
- A Stop is valid for 6 months from the date
it is placed.
- Stops must be in writing to retain the 6 month
hold.
- Stops made orally are only valid for 14 days
but will be extended to 6 months once verified in writing.
- See our Fee Schedule for our current Stop
Payment fee.

Need a way to deposit after hours? Night deposit is the answer.
Either personal or business, night deposit offers the security of

Receivers Account /*IBAN number
What is an IBAN?
An IBAN is comprised of the beneficiary’s account number, prefixed by the ISO country code and two check digits. The length of an IBAN varies from country to country but has a maximum of 34 alphanumeric characters.
Where do I get an IBAN?
Only the beneficiary’s bank can provide the correct IBAN for their account. Never try to guess at an IBAN. The Beneficiary should always be contacted for the information.
What happens if I don’t use the IBAN?
Transactions placed without an IBAN may be rejected or delayed, payments in currencies other than Euros may be refused or assessed “repair” fees if the payment is forwarded without an IBAN. We will require an IBAN in order to process a wire unless the receiving bank indicates that they do not have one.
Can I verify an IBAN?
To verify an IBAN, you can visit http://de.physnet.net/PhysNet/iban.html. Enter the number without any dashes or spaces and do not include the word “IBAN” in the field itself.
ALL OUTGOING WIRES MUST BE PLACED AT ONE OF OUR OFFICE LOCATIONS IN ORDER TO VERIFY IDENTITY AND TO OBTAIN PROPER SIGNATURES.
